Few episodes ago: “The Light Sovereign is still on his campaign” said red magia vander aide de camp to red gojo. I think Rosty is the missing chair Light Magia Vander who is the king and leader of everything. His “campaign” is probably to cultivate Will’s growth and bring him up the tower since the barrier about to break. Or he’s Elfie clone that she can shapeshift cause it’s ice and explains the love for Will.
