After watching the full LA. I can say it had issues here and there, but it's overall enjoyable. The hate is undeserved. After listening to different POV's if you don't constantly compare it to the cartoon, or new to Avatar(older gen.) than you can enjoy it for what it is, but if favoritism gets the best of you, be honest y'all hated it before you click play. My review of it. SPOILER FREE! I graded it on Visuals,action,acting,&writing. Visuals & action gets 2.5 pts each. Acting either 1.5 or 2 pts, they could have emoted more, and some characters performance were better than others, but they did okay with what they were given. Writing is 1 pt, dialougue was iffy, Aang could have goofed off more(seemed more like Book 3 Aang),some things were hammered in too much,Bumi..just...yeah,Sokka needed more jokes; but the firebenders did carry in the writing department, and Aang ain't simping over Katara every damn 30 seconds(THANK THE HEAVENS),there were added context included, and there are 3 changes that i think worked extremely well for the story, they got the main plot points across so that's something I guess. In total, I give it either a 7.5 or an 8/10. For comparison, I think in the end I gave the OP LA a 9/10.

Damm, he only watching episode 1 of avatar? It's the worst one... The second half of the episode is an exposition fest. The Grandma is by far the worst character in this adaptation.
