The 4th Apothecary Diaries episode didn't use rotoscoping. The Animation Director was Moaang & Myoun was a Key Animator. They both worked on Frieren too. Moaang did the Aura Death Scene and Myoun did Stark & Fern dancing.

Give Ishura a try, its quite interesting. Has good action, decent world building being setup and an all star VA cast. And if u feeling a college age character romance for wutever reason A Sign of Affection lookin super super good from ep1 (and it has a high rating on MAL)
