You gotta either wait next month when it re-charges for the subscription or you upgrade to a tier that cost more. It doesn't seem to show up until your account is actually makes a transaction. Changing tier but paying $0.00 until the next monthly sub doesn't update it. I was only able to see it after upgrading to passion tier+ from what I was on.

Still cannot access 1/7 VOD even though I am in the updated tier system. Not sure what's going on with this new system you have but since this changed happened it's been nothing but issues.
