The segment after the BLEACH Opening is for Sponsors (a lot of Anime & Japanese shows have them, even One Piece) but it's only supposed to be for the television broadcast. we get these episodes from streaming services, not television, so why do they still have them? I don't know lol It's a bit similar for Jujutsu Kaisen. streaming services getting episodes with Ghosting & Dimming but that's something meant for the Television Broadcast. some other anime don't have this issues (Demon Slayer)
