Fair enough but the original audio is stated as Japanese therefore that’s what trigger was working with when animating, that’s how it works with an animated show with voice acting, but I can see the appeal of how the dub is based on your guys’ explanation of it, but like I said it’s usually easier to follow and more accurate of a depiction when you experience it based on how it was the final original version was made. I’m not saying one is better I’m just making the point that the dub is not definitively better as the sub is great and the original. So again it’s up to KOL I just think he should make his decision based on his preferences after reading some of the stuff we’ve said about both audios

I’d say it was made more so for the dub. They use the same slang as in the game, Japanese gangs speak Japanese in the dub which makes sense with the language chips everyone has in verse. Watched it both dub/sub and preferred the dub but in the end up to KOL

I think the biggest problem rn is that house if the dragon is episodes are really long and better call Saul has 6 seasons with the amount of anime we are having next season it’s impossible to do it with like a 7-8 hour stream.

Fair enough, it’s up to KOL in the end but when it comes shows I tend to watch them with their original audio and with cyberpunk the original audio is Japanese, meaning the produced the anime in tandem with the voice actors and their specific lines, so imo the sub would be better as the writing which is conveyed through the voice acting will perfectly match what is happening on screen(besides the calls and texts lol, you have me on that one, that’s weird I assume it’s a reference to how it is in the game).

When you watch cyberpunk, I would defo recommend the dub. I watched it in both. The slang doesn't translate well in Japanese. Its based in a multicultural California, so you get to hear the different accents and the sub doesn't always match what the actors are saying as the script was written by English speakers, only the animation was done by Japanese. Plus its got well know English VA;s like Gus from breaking bad and some of the VA from the game are used. The sub is also good, but the dub just feels way more authentic. If it were any other anime im sub all the way
