I dont know if you are reading this king, but about Overlord The woman was eaten inside out repeatedly by cockroaches and then healed again. Over and over to make her obedient. She cant eat solid food anymore because it triggers her trauma. thats why she is so skinny and also why they assumed that she wanted to cleanse her mouth. They assumed they did that again to her. They didnt show this in the anime though
