it just really goes beyond a lot of expectations. even from kol’s reactions you’ll always come out of an ep thinking one thing and be completely turned around by the next. it’s so executed in such a simple manner too. like there’s no heavy plot or a shit ton of knowledge or magic system, it’s just super solid and filled with mystery.
