It's also very shit. This is coming from someone who read about 40 chapters of it before dropping it. Don't expect Death Note or Bakuman level stuff lol.

there's a lot of other cool moments in the Black Clover anime that you've read, like Mereoleona's Calidos Brachium Barrage or Asta vs Elf Luck, etc. Anyways, since you voiced interest in watchin the anime, there is actually a canon filler arc after the Elf Arc. it spans from episodes 131 - 156 but you can actually just start from ep 148 if you want (Ep135 & 136 are fun imo) But I suggest you watch them after you get past chapter 271, just incase. and then the last few episodes (158 - 170) are pretty solid, one of which being the best animated episode in the anime.
