Bellerphone, a greek hero, rides Pegasus. Thats why Riders Noble Phantasm is called Bellerphone. Fun fact: in greek mythology Medusa ( Riders True Name) is the mother of Pegasus.

Ehhh. The spinoffs are fine but I don't see him being that interested in them. I'd rather he watch Kara No Kyokai which is also made by Ufotable and has some incredible peaks in action and storytelling. It's super slept on. Also made in 2007 and looks better than most modern anime.

IF you want to go deeper into Fate and havent dropped it yet, Apocryphia has some dope fights, explores a bit deeper into Sabers past and introduces "Ruler" class. Ofc Grand Order is huge, but I heard you dropped it priviously. Camelot and Babylonia would be really good once you know a bit about the franchise :(
