Latina.exe WIP 9 - Full (Rough) Animation
🕑 Added 2025-04-14 04:39:25 +0000 UTCHi guys! I’m feeling a bit rushed on this release so I decided to do something I don’t think I’ve done before. TLDR: I’m releasing the full animation to you guys first for feedback, and then I’ll do a full public release next weekend. I will also begin working on requests this week and continue next week.
Let me know what you think! This should be 95% of the way there, I just usually like to give myself a little time away from the animation so I can come back to it with fresh eyes and a bit more objectivity. I do apologize for the delays, but we’re very close! The only things that can really be changed at this point are dialogue, sound effects and lip sync.
Also, a quick word on requests. The queue is full btw. I have added a requests queue on my discord server so going forward, you will need to join that queue if you want a request. I may make some exceptions for people who don’t have a discord account, but I’d really rather work with you on discord anyway. I like to heavily involve you in the process and it’s much easier to just drop an image or video in the chat instead of having to upload it to Drive or DA stash or whatever and share the link. I hope that makes sense. Please message me if you have any questions or concerns.

Thank you! I appreciate the detailed feedback. The AI definitely struggled with the side angle. Breast expansion from the side view should technically be less subtle, but it happens little by little so it ended up being less noticeable unfortunately. Also I think Flux has a bit of trouble with big boobs. A hair TF would've been nice, but it really came down to the framing/angle. The obvious angle would've been from the back, but it was already difficult enough to harmonize 2 angles much less 3. If I can get a 3D CG -> AI workflow going, it should be easier to do this kind of thing. The hand TF was in the script but the keyboard layout was all wrong so I ended up cutting that part. I agree having the character murmur more or whatever would be nice. It was in Bobby's script a little already actually. It might be possible to do more with Eleven although it is always a challenge.

Your work quality is outstanding—congrats! I absolutely loved: • How the transformation of a body part is really segmented into multiple phases at different moments in time. • The longer duration of the transformation—LOVE it. • The details in the transformation from sneakers to heels are excellent. • The fact that she has to slightly lift herself off the seat for the transformation to continue. • The facial transformation is smooth and subtle. • The focus on the development of the thighs and glutes. • The gradual transformation of the clothes. As for a bit of critique, I’d say: • During the foot and arm transformation, it's a pity the skin didn’t get tanned as part of the change. • The breast enhancement shown from a side view isn’t the most flattering angle, which makes the transformation feel a bit too subtle. Frontal views—or maybe even a top-down angle—might work better if you're open to trying that. The breast transformation in “The Right Match” felt more “organic and alive.” • The transition from blonde to black hair wasn’t really highlighted, and the transformation of the hands was also a bit overlooked—too bad! • On the audio side, it could be interesting to add moments where the character lets out sounds of excitement or discomfort/pain during the transformation, to give it more emotional depth and intensity.

I like how you have the face twitch as it changes. That's a really neat touch, you could emphasize that even more if you want!
