The dragon fight on the top of the mountain:
This boss fight is dominated by a large white dragon on the top of the mountain. The battle area is split into three parts by walls. The walls themselves are steep and covered with hoarfrost and ice, making them difficult to climb.
Give the dragon skills to unlock the full area of the map and force the heroes to move from one area to another.
My suggestion: In addition to its normal abilities, the dragon could also have special special attacks, which it charges over several rounds and unleashes them on a previously fixed part of the map. Like a huge breath attack that envelops the entire area. The heroes have a certain amount of preparation time and can try to get to another area of the map by climbing or doing something similar.
Another possibility would be that the dragon could use his breath to steadily decrease the temperature in one (or even two) of the areas. It's getting colder and colder and heroes should get more damage with each round as long as they stay there, so they are forced to move to another location as quickly as possible.
Furthermore, the dragon could grab heroes and drop them from a great height over another area of the map in order to separate the group.
Use the full arena, give the dragon special skills and experience an epic boss fight!
