I mean there is the unique Behemoth in XV, Deadeye who is really cool. If I had to pick one it would be him

FFXV's very very good behemoths immediately come to mind but their design isn't really all that different from the ones in X? That design seems to be the most prominent one so it's probably a safe choice!
FFX Behemoth is really good! Personal faves are FFVII Crisis Core's version and the recent XV as well!
