Seeing the silhouettes being replaced by actual objects seems more about how the robots minds and memories work than the actual things they saw, it looks to me like things getting deleted is like the thing had an outline drawn around it and deleted, leaving a black space, BUT the meat heart thing that crawlsed out of J when it finally was beaten dissapeared in a black sphere, so maybe I was wrong and that's a thing that's actually real
