Producing a better quality translation with Translator++
🕑 Added 2021-05-17 03:48:35 +0000 UTCWhen translating games like RPG Maker or Wolf RPG with automatic translators many complain that the text becomes gibberish. The results of machine translation is not very good to begin with, but added with the gibberish text, it makes it unbearable.
Translator++ since version 3.5.17 has a new feature that makes machine translation more palatable. This latest feature allows us to define patterns to keep machine translators from translating text that shouldn't be translated. This video also explains how to use that new feature.
Translator++ ver. 3.5.17 will be available through auto-update shortly.

I would like to request a feature if possible. A way to exclude certain phrases, letters or characters from getting translated. more specifically 「 and 」 which always get translated as quotation marks and that usually doesn't look that good.

The symptoms you're mentioned is a sign that you're not properly connected. If so, please log-out and log-in again in Translator++

i connected it and links come up from a previous version you created however i still wont be able to update the translator
