just to make sure: you've successfully connected your discord account by going into settings -> more -> connected apps, right? if nothing happens, it might take a while or the patreon bot might be down right now, but it usually just automatically joins the server for you once your have your account connected. I'm not sure what to suggest either; I've never had this happen :( maybe you can try checking this out and following the steps on the bottom? https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408372541581-Troubleshooting-Discord-issues if you still can't join by tomorrow, let me know!
