Maya animation update 6 (Animation)
🕑 Added 2025-04-16 20:46:14 +0000 UTCI wanted to share how the animation I’ve made looks so far. At the moment, I’m working through this part just one more time, maybe more, as I want to change some of the hand movement and how the fingers are placed when they move over the body surface.
In the start of the animation the character goes from thin to the desired size. The fat shape have a lot of overlaps, so the physics simulation can shape the mesh properly when it collide with itself as the character grow. If the character started out as fat and the mesh overlaps, body parts would stick together.

Thanks man <3. I have been thinking it would be fun to make her grow from regular to super size. It is something that is difficult and takes time, but it is possible :D

Dumb question, are you planning on posting some of your older anims here as a archive? Or is there already a folder or something for them

Looks good so far If you ever have her go from desired size to super sized that would be neat too. Of course to solve the battle of things sticking and not animating correctly would be a challenge for sure.
