Anywho on my end script is finished (except for editing) so there we go, much excitement to be had.
As of today 896 renders finished of the 896 posed. I said I was aiming to hit 800 and switch focus, but decided to aim for an even thousand before I did that.
Animations still in the same place as a result of the above information.
A quick Steam update I have to discuss before I let you go. Despite my efforts I'm still not exactly pleased with where Author is at, and still don't think it's quite ready. I'd been pretty adamant I wanted to release it first on Steam, but at this point it's actually hindering me to wait. So after discussing with some fellow devs I decided that since I'm sitting on a game that's essentially already Steam ready that I'll put Unbroken on Steam first and just get it out of the way. So parts 1-7 aka all current content will be put on Steam as release and then 8-12 or 13 (depending on if I need to extend 12 an extra chapter) will be their own release.
This is currently the best use of my time as the only things I needed to add for the build are things I was working on anyway. Plus I can work on them while things are rendering in the background so two birds one stone, I've always stated that Unbroken is the priority so as a result it's just the smarter option at the moment. So the long requested gallery and more music/sound are being added. As well as that UI overhaul I mentioned a month ago or so. The good news is I already sent the build off to Steam so page is ready and can go up once they approve it. Which clears up a bunch of crap on my plate that I've just sort of been putting off.
So TLDR:
Unbroken 1-7 on Steam soonish.
Hoping to release Unbroken part 8 here on Patreon the same week, to make it an extra exciting release.
That should give me enough time to get the last bits of work I need on the Author finished between Unbroken 8 and 9

There's a tiny crossover between the two, but you're right in that it isn't game breaking to play them in reverse order.

The good thing is you can play either game first and not be lost. I know Author story wise is first, but the way it's written it's not going to really confuse anyone with more than half a brain to play out of order.
