However, many students ended up exerting force incorrectly due to a lack of body awareness, resulting in soreness and discomfort in their shoulders, necks, or backs. As a result, I changed my teaching approach to make students aware that their body condition varies throughout the day - morning, noon, and evening. They should become their own best coach, understanding that their optimal posture differs each day, instead of simply trying to replicate the correct force exertion taught by a coach without knowing what their body needs at that moment. I want them to be their own best coaches, rather than blindly spending money on massage therapists, doctors, coaches, or purchasing expensive equipment and courses. Self-awareness of the body is more important than anything else.
