After having flushed negative thoughts and beliefs in Minor Arcana, we enter a new mindset, full of positive affirmations, and reprogramming of the mind, for more successful results.
This piece is calm, and is intended to be listened to at any time of the day or night: it is however best used while meditation, before or during a method.
Here are the affirmations, used in the right and left ear independantly:
