Ooh yes! I'm so glad you're watching this! Kripke does an amazing job with this and as Linda says - keep an eye out for little SPN references as you make your way through the show.

Hi Evie, the lady who you thought was Joan Cusack is actually her sister Ann Cusack. There is definitely a family resemblance. When Eric Kripke created this show he said that this is how he wished he could’ve done Supernatural with the foul language and the blood and gore. I remember the first time seeing this and the way Robin died, my jaw was on the floor!

Linda Moore

Omg!! I'm so happy you're reacting to The Boys! I love this show - it's incredible. I started watching it when I found out Jensen was in S3. Then I found out that it was created and written by Eric Kripke and I was all in. Had me hooked too, from this first episode for sure. It's an incredibly graphic show, but it's genius and everyone on it are amazing actors. I hope you continue watching it! This was a fabulous first reaction! P.S. You'll probably notice a few SPN Easter Eggs here and there, especially in S3. Whenever you get there. 😊

Ryan

Happy you noticed Eric Kripke’s name in the credits. In this show you’ll notice some Easter eggs from supernatural.

Ryan

FINALLY!!!! I love the boys. Thank You James

The scene where A train runs through Robin. That scene makes everybody a fan of the show . Because it was so shocking.

Homelander is like a cross between captain America and Superman. The deep is they version of aquaman . Mave is there version of Wonderwoman. Starlight is my favorite character on the show . That's all I'll say about the heros.

I was curious had you seen the show . Yeah no topics off limits on this show . Somebody from work told me about the show . I heard the name thought it was a silly name for a show . But I watch super hero shows . I gave it a chance . I was hooked from Episode 1.

I started watching "The Boys" two weeks ago, and now you? What are the chances? I started "Fallout" three days ago. Now you have to watch that too Evie. Please! 😁🙏❤️
