Added Annual Subscription

So, a few days ago I stumbled on an option to allow annual subscription on Patreon and decided to enable it without any thinking. I totally didn't expect anyone to actually subscribe to it, and yet two people chose to select it since then. Which is why I decided to let everyone else know that it's available, should you wish to switch your subscription and save 10% on it. As an extra benefit, you will also receive the current loyalty reward right away, although I will need an extra day to share the models on MMF, since it's a manual process.
I guess we have no choice but to stick around for another year now, huh?
