Hey I recently came across your work and it works like a charm in one listen. I have a question regarding to subs, binaural and frequency in general as I want to create a routine around them. So can you explain to me if I want permanent results from them do I have to listen to them for like years. And if I listen to any frequency from you will the result starts to fade away in a day or it is permanent?
