Okay I managed to download the files on Mediafire and they weren't that slow. But I figured out that you have to download each file (not folder) individually. I suggest that you warn people about that in a clear and obvious place on your Patreon. (Also maybe you need to register an account on Mediafire, not sure if that helped).

I can't download on Media Fire at all (have to pay for premium) and Mega is terrible too. Can't even register an account there. So I can't access your resource pack at all. I'm so frustrated by this. Wish you would use a different file sharing service.

I'd say google drive or dropbox would been a better option for downloading.

Patrix, from creator to creator: Mediafire is the worst you could have chossen. It takes me 1 hour to download 256x because Mediafire limits downloads without Premium to 500Kb/s! Now everyone gotta pay you and mediafire sub if they want to download it now instead of hours!

Has anyone had the same issue with mediafire constantly restarting the download and then failing at around 90%? been at this a few hours now and getting nowhere (i am going into folder and downloading each zip individually and all other downloads on all other sites working fine)

So I have a very good computer in terms of specs, I would like to use th 256x version of the resource pack. However MediaFire is HORRENDOUS for downloading anything for some reason. Is there any other way to get these files or am I screwed? Would upgrading to MediaFire pro do anything for me? Any answers are highly appreciated.

Folders one at a time or individual zip files one at a time? Has to be one zip file at a time, then there are no bandwidth issues and premium is not required.

i tried to download one at of a time and still cant it says not enough bandwidth and trying to force people to get prem is just wrong

What you have to do (what i did and I initially had the same problem) is click on the the resolution of each file. So, if you wanted the 256x file then you have to click on the word "256x" (on the far left and it should turn from black words to blue). Then from there click on where it says "dont bother trying without top tier PC" then just download each file that you need from there.

The other creator i use hosts his on Adobe Creative cloud which is very convenient. You could also host it on your Google Drive? I def didn't like dealing with Mediafire but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Im not sure where you are likely to see this i have everything up and going perfectly except for the Block.properties . when i check in the zip for the shader ( SUES Renewal 1.16 ) there are only shader.properties in most folders. i tried just dropping the file in main folder ( no sub folders ) it has no effect. with and without, redstone looks terrible and broken. i noticed you refer to SUES PTGI but i cant find that at all. i downloaded the previous version and checked those folders and still only shader.properties. Any advise?

i dont recommend mediafire because of their advertising, for you download tracking you can use some link shorteners that have a tracking feature and i can provide you with unlimited gdrive space for free (i have a business drive on google and can provide you access or can give you a brand new one where only you have access to)

Hey Patrix, Just wanted to say thank you for all your efforts, and your patience in replying to comments. I think yours is hands down the BEST resource pack available for minecraft. Can't even imagine how many hours put into it, but I bet it's more than the time needed read two friggin' sentences of instructions to download it!

I don't know the exact details, but I saw other resource pack developers being able to host the file as a .ZIP without paying for premium.

No issues at all. In fact its better than all other Dodgy alternatives, Its only 3 files downloading them takes seconds, No hastle at all really small price to pay for a safe download site like mediafire is 3 seconds more of your time. No need to pay for premuim either.

it sounds to me like people are trying to download the whole folders. this requires a premium account on mediafire. All you have to do is open the folder for resolution on there then download each file individually. I was also confused when i tried to download after you added the folders. Once I realized I had to do the files individually, it was fine.

initially I didnt understand that you have to download the size you want, and so I thought it annoying you have to download everything inidvidually, but once you realise its only one or two folders worth of stuff its fine

The whole reason I separated it into several packs in the first place is so people can just download the packs they want, if I have it all packed into one zip file it defeats the purpose

I find it easy to understand. And easy to download. My antivirus keeps random crap from popping up so media fire is easy to use.

People on here are really complaining about downloads speed but my media fire can download all 128x pack files in a minute and a half and I'm not even signed into media fire when i do that.

Haven't had problems with MF, I assume the ads keep things free even if it's ugly. Downloaded 32x, 64x, and 128x all within last week, no probs.

Update here. I was able to download all the files i needed. But man does it look bad. All the crazy ads and what not. With the funding you've been getting for this project, taking out 100 - 200 a month for a dedicated server would be very helpful. Could even use a package manager to check for updates! That would be cool. It would just pull down the updated textures

Can I suggest Mega or Dropbox? Not sure about the count but waiting for hours doing 100kb/s on a 600Mbit/s line is horrible. The 256 pack took hours then to find out it won't load with an RX 6800 and 32GB RAM :( So had to download the 128 pack, for another hour or more!
