Poll: Strength vs Muscle Mass split?
🕑 Added 2017-07-25 19:03:25 +0000 UTC Hey everyone,Curious if you guys would like to see Strength and Muscle Mass split. This would be a fairly large undertaking, but could have some interesting implications for the game. For example, you and the girlfriend could both have 18 inch biceps, but if her conditioning is great enough, she could be 2 to 3 times stronger than you.
There are a couple of ways this could be handled. Either simply separating the stats entirely (likely having a system where when she gains a muscle level up, she gains strength; but can gain strength otherwise without muscles growing) OR introducing a conditioning stat that acts as a multiplier on the muscle stat. So, if the conditioning was low, she'd be described as less ripped and less powerful per square inch; whereas later on she could achieve ultrahuman levels of conditioning, creating a large strength multiplier.
Alternatively, there could be a 'muscle cap', say... 30 to 40 inches of bicep circumference, and after that only her strength increases - not her muscles. For those who love extreme sizes though, you could ask her to "flex up to her full size" for a riveting scene of muscle expansion. This would be the easiest change; keeping the girl at 'feasible' sizes as she grows into the super high strength totals, while allowing you to view hyper muscle if you desire.
The biggest issue is this would require quite a bit of reworking the game. So if the benefit is marginal (or if it would make the game worse), then there's no reason to bother.
Let me know what you think!

An easy way would be to lower the max size cap and have her still get stronger. I don't actually mind stuff like a muscle multiplier, but maybe you should allow it to be locked at one. I would much prefer other features like the beauty and transfer updates

That is a possibility, yeah. The thing to remember is every option has its own slew of complications and generally adds more work than not having the option though!
Ditto, maybe having an option to enable/disable the extreme sizes at the start, so people who want her to get (and stay) crazy huge can achieve that, but people who want to tone it down have that option, too?

I really love the extreme sizes, but I would prefer if she were at those extreme sizes all the time

I'd like to say keep it as is, but I also love me some extreme sizes. Hard choice.
