Stamina Update, New Reward Tiers, and New Pledge Oct 31
🕑 Added 2019-10-30 19:58:45 +0000 UTCHi everyone,
I'm closing in on finishing up the stamina update. You can (hopefully) expect it in the coming days.
Here's what it includes:
- Stamina resource that's used for performing physical activities
- Time system is now hours + minutes
- Time restrictions alleviated, characters can stay up past midnight. They still need to sleep to level up, and you can still skip to the next day with the living room sleep command.
- New StamAid item that recovers Stamina - sold by a vending machine at the shopping center
- Treadmill item that can be purchased from Ulric. Can also be upgraded with a blueprint to challenge high level endurance.
- Recovery Chamber invention.
- New Walking activity.
- Lots of balance changes, passage revamps, new endurance/strength exp system.
-
I've also updated the reward tiers on Patreon. The old higher reward tiers were confusing and unpopular - each only had a single person pledged to them.
Now, those with the means to can directly fund new media for the game. If there was ever a scene you wish was illustrated, or some dialog you wish was voiced, check out the new pledge level.
-
Finally, I will be generating the next pledge on Oct. 31.
It will be a poll that determines what the next Life Sim update focuses on.
Please note, this pledge will -not- be for the Stamina Update. If you'd like to support the Stamina Update, you will be able to do so on Gumroad in the near future.
Thanks for your continued support and patience,
- Magnus
