I'm watching this on Christmas Day, after I ate some mushrooms and was feeling very good, and I had such a fun time watching this reaction. Such funny commentary, and what a good funny movie too, and what made me laugh a lot was hearing Tien's story about when she stopped believing in Christmas. Something interesting to consider about this movie is how much time and work it took to get Jim Carrey into that costume and makeup every day, 3-4 hours a day for 92 days of filming.

dunno if anyone mentioned to you ladies that this was adapted from a famous children's book of the same name, written by Dr. Seuss, who wrote a ton of books for kids with weird and wacky rhyming, some examples: Green Eggs and Ham, The Cat in the Hat, The places you'll go, and one fish, two fish, red fish, blue fish. my mom used to read those books to ME when I was a little fellar.....
