Whereas Naruto naturally has a lot of chakra from the Nine-Tails and Sasuke is a prodigy for his age and is from a known ninja clan that's been said a few times, Sakura doesn't really have either background. She's just a smart normal girl that's mastered fundamentals and has perfect chakra control. It's a fun dynamic and Sasuke of all people struggling to hide his embarrassment when asking Naruto about her advice is a treat. Also, in the manga, they didn't just crush Kaiza's arms. They CUT THEM OFF.
