Cooking chuck steak sous vide
🕑 Added 2024-08-26 23:50:56 +0000 UTCI got a sous vide cooker and attempted to cook a chuck steak. I messed up and it turned out being dry in the end and tasting a little bit like corned beef. I think I cooked a little long for being so thin, maybe next time I'll try a chuck roast which is thicker
