Bird bird fruit model falcon obviously means he ate the model that lets him transform into a falcon, not any bird he wants. That’s what the model indicates, the species of animal.

The model part of pell’s devil fruit just means he can turn into a falcon, if it were just bird-bird then we wouldn’t know what kind of bird he turns into. It is the same way with the ox-ox fruit model: bison, shown in drum island.

When it says Bird Bird model falcon, that means that there’s multiple different bird devil fruits, for example Bird Bird model falcon and model eagle would both be different fruits for different people

When the crew splits up before entering the casino, Luffy climbs the building upward alone so he can bait Smoker into following him instead of the rest of his crew. This is yet another exapmle of how his intuition and instincts are spot on despite his lack of "intelligence." Good catch on Zoro's missing arm bandage. It's actually properly depicted in the manga. I was actually skeptical on my first read as well because he kicked the Baroque Works agents instead of using his swords and I was like "HE'S MR. 2!!!" but when I looked closely his bandage was on so that theory was wiped out in a matter of seconds. Notice how Nami has elected to beat Zoro awake now. It's likely been that way since he slept through the storm on their way to Whiskey Peak.

Zoan fruits will say the type of Animal then the Model is the breed he can't change into other birds because he is a Falcon at some point in the series you will see the same type of fruit with 2 different models.
