Visually and musically I prefer season 2. The animation is so beautiful. The songs fit the more sombre feeling of season 2 so far and I have to say I'm completely in love with Aurora (I have a large poster of her on my wall, framed), so I might be biased.

For me it's S2 for both OP and ED. It seems they perfected the style of the OP and to have Aurora write and perform the song was the best decision ever. I love Aurora :D ED is one of my favourites this season if not this year. Just the vibe alone is stellar. Really great OP and ED!

Thank god they didn't do another super upbeat ED lol, last season's absolutely killed me when it followed so many hugely dramatic episode endings. "NOBODY GOT YOU LIKE I DO" God dammit man read the room!

For my part I prefer the 1st ending, but this one is still good. But for the ending, I love this second one ten times more, I love the sad tone of it at the beginning, and then the colors start to appears from every people of the special forces, showing how these are the ones fighting to keep hope for everyone and make this a better place.

IMO both s1 and s2 OP and EDs are s-tier. And consistent with one another. Both OPs very Jame Bond-like with the kaleidoscopes and both EDs with the watercolor/oil/pastel looks.

The OP & ED are insanely good I also like that Flexie meant to say Season 2 but said Season 3 at end lol

The ending being about colors makes me thing of kafka's Kaiju core. It's this bright multicolored thing and I think the ending drawing connection to all his allies colors really well
