All exist in the same general setting as PoP exploring different aspects of the universe.
Generally all have a much smaller scope than PoP.
While slowly finishing/polishing PoP, I'm probably doing some designs for important characters/mechanics for those games now, so I'll have something to look back at/change if needed rather than having to go with the first ones later.
What would you be the most interested in?
Succubus: (exists as prototype)
- play as a succubus (Avy from PoP) in last year of training.
- Different training paths/goals based on your actions.
- form relations with others/ help each other train/pass exams etc.
- 1v1 combat/sex system. (mostly just fighting friends/rivals for training/fun)
- Catch familiars to help at various tasks
Show: (exists as prototype, just posted)
- run a service that provides/trains characters for shows through portals
- build/upgrade characters "decks" to synergize with others
- form teams based on a jobs demands/preferences.
- compete against other providers (hire their workers etc.)
- form bonds with your characters
Training:
- Starts after true ending of PoP
- Focused on relation of just 2 characters (player + catgirl?)
- You play a new "government" worker tasked with helping an unemployed character train to fit one of a few random jobs.
- Generate ideas/training plans with her and manage her stats/interests/morale etc.
- Mostly event/discussion/personality based, no combat system etc.
Management:
- long term sandbox strategy/management game
- play as an immortal ruler
- discover planets and connect them through portal networks
- shape worlds based on needs (population/research/work/mana generation etc.)
- Create allies and build your own religions.
- visit/manage laws/religion of your worlds.
- keep your worlds safe/happy/prevent wars etc. in mostly indirect ways.
Tamer:
- Play as a hunter (probably lizardgirl) pursuing one of the main hobbies/activities in Neora
- Visit specially prepared worlds and tame rare creatures
- Enter various competitions to fight against others
- Rank up, upgrade your mana crystals to tame/summon stronger creatures
- Adapt your creatures to synergize with eachother
- Gameplay core maybe similar to the show game prototype

Management sounds amazing, you could take inspiration from say a Crusader Kings 2 mod call Darkworld Reborn.

it really warms my heart to see management doing so well in the polls, it sounds like the hardest to make though
I'd enjoy lots of these ideas, but I'd suggest prioritizing a project with a smaller scope and can be completed in a reasonable time.
