Maybe she was being generous and she and Ryuko had a deal were if she managed to keep them dry, she’d bump her past pull-ups and up to training pants… not that it matters anymore as in this case, she probably won’t be seeing either.

I think Satsuki's smoking something. How could Ryuko have almost been in training pants, the next step after pull-ups, if she's still peeing in diapers?
