My Go-To Hand and Wrist Warmups and Stretches for Drawing // VIDEO
🕑 Added 2025-09-08 19:34:04 +0000 UTCThis clip is pulled from my tutorial Back to Square One: My Ideal Beginner Art Strategy. If you’ve seen that already, this might feel familiar, but I wanted to give these warmups their own spotlight so you can find them quickly without scrubbing through the full tutorial.
These are my quick, go-to stretches, simple enough to do before you start drawing, during breaks, or to wind down at the end of a session. Of course, there are plenty more out there, but these are the ones I personally rely on the most.
Enjoy this casual little video!

This was super helpful and I find myself doing it even at work after tiping a lot and stuff. So thanks for sharing these tips! ❤

Loving this - I get pins and needles, stiffness and cramps whenever holding anything for a while (such as a pen or pencil for example) so I'm hoping this will help that (as long as I remember each time lol)
