I just tested it in Firefox and it looks like it works on my end. Are you running any sort of VPN in your firefox browser? Due to some past suspicious activity, my website doesn't allow vpns. Or it could be that maybe your browser's cache needs to be cleared out. (That has happened to me before, and sometimes clearing out fixes it)

Just wanted to mention that the download link that gets sent to you from the shop when buying the art pack is only working in Chromium browsers and not in Firefox which is a shame :(
