It's good to see a bit of variation, so i voted dark skinned, but that could just be dark(er) skinned, like Caribbean or Central/South American, Mediterranean (Italian, Greek, Spanish/Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, Jewish) or Indian sub-continent, or out and out 'Blue-Black' like West African, or somewhere in the middle, like 'Family Guy's sister. Looks like a skinny, athletic redhead will be the first new character, though, which is a good second choice.
