Drag Prefab onto your Avatar's Hierarchy, unpack completely, and resize as necessary.
Reposition Chancla_Constraint_Hand as desired, if necessary.
OPTIONAL: Type name of the desired Avatar Menu where you wish for the toggle to appear.

Drag Prefab onto Avatar Hierarchy and unpack completely.
Drag Chancla_Constraint_Hand to desired hand bone and position it however you wish.
Open Avatars 3.0 Manager via VrLabs. (Downloadable through VrChat Creator Companion under Manage Project).
Merge Chancla FX onto current FX.
Merge Chancla Parameters onto current Parameters.
Add the toggle to your VrChat Menu. (Example Chancla Menu).
