Bashir: "Get an anti-grav unit in here!" Thus introducing a glaring plot hole in "Melora" where they couldn't get her hoverchair to work with Cardassian structure. Simply retrofit her chair with this tech (or build a temporary one) & that destroys the premise of that episode. Note I speak as a permanent wheelchair use where I fit different wheels on my chair for rough ground or off-road travel. If I can do it, I'm sure Starfleet can! πβΏ
