🕑 Added 2020-05-13 19:49:50 +0000 UTCHey guys. Hope you're all doing well. I wanted to say sorry. I haven't been doing super well, as you probably guessed by the lack of chapters. The whole corona self-isolation thing hit me a lot harder than I ever thought it would. My physical state got really bad because I don't really cook, so instead of eating out and eating things like salads, I'm subsisting on things like ramen and microwave dinners which royally screw up my digestive system. That plus lack of contact, a weird sleep schedule which has thrown off my medication system, and a whole bunch of other factors have basically led to a viscous cycle of self-loathing I've been trying to fight. For those of you who have stuck with and encouraged me, thank you. It's just about the only thing that's gotten me through recently. I've been working on a chapter for a while, and I've kept rewriting it because my state of mind hasn't been really conducive to writing well. However, I'm trying, and it should come soon. Again, I'm so sorry for vanishing for a while. I feel like I've done pretty much nothing but sleep and zone out for most of a month, with occasional moments of forced lucidity. One bright point is I should be getting the first audio section back from Samara in a few days, so that is moving forward. I love you all, and I'm so grateful for all you do. <3 I'll get through this, but mostly thanks to the wonderful people around me. Remember, what you look for, you will find. So always look for the bright side in things. Stay healthy, stay happy, and know you are never alone.

Hugs. Eating right and exercising sound easy but I know it is challenging. Add in the rest, well. we are cheering for you. For me, practicing gratitude helps. Writing things down even as little as "I can wiggle my toes" gets a smile.
