Part of it may be holidays. People generally like to take time off when there's a bunch of parties going on. For me, it just happened to be when the book ended, so I was planning on doing a readthrough edit once I finished book 1.

Out of the 5 authors I'm following on patreon 3 of them went on break in the last 2 days and the others only post like every other week atm.
