Power Outages: Not quite Off The Grid, this challenge makes it so that the power has a chance to go out for about two hours at random times.

Another idea for a lot challenge would be "old house lot challenge" where you get randomly hit for certain amounts of simoleons for roof repairs, termite eradication, electrical reworking, etc. Because that's the reality of owning an older house. Would work great with CL since those cottages look oooold!

No this is intended as being random without being associated to any particular event, but it could go out during a thunderstorm too.

I never thought about new negative lot challenges but this is great especially for my next generation (they're doing a Malcolm in the middle type play)
