Mostly used by BG - Visible Maxis Hidden Needs
Adds a cheat to fill maxis hidden needs (thirst, hands hygiene and oral hygiene)
Also used to lock them when you use maxis lock all motives decay cheat
When using maxis cheat, it also locks other custom motives added by my mods such as Better Ghosts, Time Lord and Siren (along with adding the missing vampire motives)

haha, I had the same issue while testing and building in the new pack, so the sim was constantly thirsty until I placed a sink :D thank you for that <3
