Info about mod status for the May 27 patch
🕑 Added 2021-05-27 20:34:20 +0000 UTCI'll properly check the mods tomorrow because I'm currently testing the new likes&dislikes system in vanilla game, but here are some info:
- Mods altering filters needs to be updated, No random especially.
- Mods altering interactions needs updating, I still need to check which ones
- Maxis added some stuff in the SimData files of the traits... all mods adding traits need updating and will probably not work until the Data files are updated. Maxis also changed the schema hash of the traits... this means a lot of mods will be broken.
- Dust shite: maxis changed the inspired buff with a fine buff, but didn't change the strings accordingly. NoCleanBuffs is technically not needed anymore, but if you prefer the buff to be gone completely like I do, you can keep it.
The new likes and dislikes stuff is pure shite.

Long time no see my darling. Will you release a mod to disable the like/dislike gaining through gameplay ? I really don't want this kind of interference, for now at least. If the game wasn't as bugged I wouldn't mind, but... nah. Too much shit is already going on.

To begin with, you can't set a sim to like/dislike stuff people normally like or dislike i.e: socialising, reading, using the phone, eating, using the PC (in general), being with family, etc... you can only select skills. I already disabled the like dislike gaining through gameplay btw, so I'll not dig further into the system and just forget all about it.
