I’ve been super sick this week so I’m only now catching up with your videos lol, but I love this episode. I think the characters are written really well in this one, and I love the different setting. Also, when it comes to symbolism within the show, there’s no such thing as “reaching too far” haha- almost all the details in this show are very very intentional on behalf of the creators. The lore is really cool, too, and a bit of existential Steven, which is always a favorite of mine lol
