Wow I never thinked about Narita running out of milk! Her nipples must be really dry without it, maybe using some lotion the game can continue. Or maybe without milk she can reach an hard and dry nipple erection. Without milk her nipples are less slippery and can be tied easily. What about a way to stimulate her breasts to "recharge" her milk supply?
