I had some fun with Chuckle's design here, I thought that his original appearance in the Zootopia: Crime Files mobile game was a bit toned down so he wouldn't be too scary, but at the expense of looking too much like some sort of big weasel instead of giving him an unique appearance that really says "wolverine".
Unfortunately I couldn't find the name of the artist that originally designed Chuckle's but there were left some concept art of him, looking like an actual fun old-school Disney villain, with big toothy grin and decided to run with that design for this short little cameo instead.
As for now, soon I'll be back with more!
