Windows defender false positives. It happens, earlier it didn't like Readme txt files. I reuploaded it just in case.

For some reason, this mod and only this one had a Trojan detected by windows defender. I bypassed it to download the Zip file. reenabled real-time protection, viewed it in 7zip archive view (to check contents) but when I went to open it in file explorer just to drag the body option I want to my mods folder (as i usually do) windows detected a Trojan. Any ideas what that's about?
