i have it unzipped in the mod folder hit f10 tried deleting migoto and reinstalling still nothing. i believe i have the updated version of texfx. just not sure what im doing wrong

There is not enough information,) Make sure that you have unzip TexFx correctly. Have you tried pressing F10?

Have you updated the mod before adding the new textures ? Because the first version didn't modify the faceheaddiffuse at all and the override wasn't in the .ini
