it's solved, for some reason all my folders were empty in the mods folder, but the backup was ok

Have you tried pressing F10 in the game? Make sure that the mods are really unzip from the archive and there are no archives in the Mods folder.

The proportions are sorted into separate archives. Find the proportions you need in the "Others" folder where you downloaded Regular
