Or should I save for new characters like Dehya and make her playable with mods)

Yeah im pulling for Mommy Dehya been waiting for her since she was shown on the Sumeru trailer well my advice is never pull for the weapon banner if you are really low on gems or if you are not a whale because the weapon banner is still a trap

Dehya for next mod plz. from a whale perspective if you want the bow go for it. but if your really debating and really want dehya or the next coming characters and you dont want to waste primos then ignore bow

I'd like to see a Shenhe or Ayaka mod next. Deyha is a good waifu but not worth the primos imo because you'll probably get her eventually from losing a 50/50. As to what outfits I'll maybe shenhe evening dress

shrine maiden shenhe would slap hard ngl. and the bow is amazing for her supporting role especially since ayaka and shenhe are coming back.

i recommend pulling for her bow if you like her. if you loose and get homa its also one of the best weapons. since dehya will be in standard banner i would not pull on her banner. but thats from a whale perspective here ;)
